Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original nursery pots and protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
